Ok, so I started getting back into Wicca. I made sure that my monkey was ok with as he has told me he has dated some girls in the past that practiced and got extremely spooked at times. I’m glad he is cool with it. I haven’t practiced since I was 18. I got into a relationship where I fell head over heels and just stop altogether. I found that I really need to read up on a lot of things as I don’t remember them.
The other day I did find a few books to get me started on my reading including a book I once had. I wish I could find the other book at a reasonable price but Borders and B&N will want to charge me over $20 for it when I originally got it for $12. Anyways I did do the spell I did back in high school for a talisman. I made a happiness charm to help me combat my depression. When I first put my Celtic knot back on I immediately felt it working. In fact, me and monkey had the first good weekend in about 2 months (we normally fight over something petty and I pack up and leave just to have him calling me and texting non stop to come back).

So I went to Joann's to get some new fabric for my second outfit. I spent about the same amount minus shipping. Anyways, I got a very pretty cotton floral print. This one will be a shorter and abit snug on me. I have enough to make a matching skirt if I so choose. I Thinking really hard if I want to put the time and effort in to it. The major sewing is done and I only need to do the small things now. I still have over a week and a half so I think I need to take my time.

I’m so fucking pissed. The company I ordered my fabric from sent the wrong fabric. I ordered a god damn jacquard not a fucking sheer. I’m returning the bullshit they sent and requesting full refund and advised that I don’t plan to do business with them ever again. This is a piss poor way to treat a new customer which if I actually got the fabric I needed, for Sakuara Con on the 10th; I would have been a repeat customer. Now I have to go out and send twice as much on a similar fabric in a local store. Fucking Assholes.

For SakuraCon this April and I decide I want to be a Walolita while there. This is just Friday's outfit. I'm waiting on my pretty lavender fabric to arrive (it will be here on Friday). Since I jumped the gun and started to sew without thinking about details. I'll be going back and doing some stitch details on the top. I've made the bow I I want wear in my hear. I'll be adding some dangly beads to it. I need to adjust the sashes so that the green one is in the middle of the black one. I still in to make my purse and the bow for the back of the obi. Not much to do but I need to go to craft stores to get certain items and well DT Seattle on has one and the others require a car since buses take too long.
I know its a dark green colour but thats what will make it different than others. Everyone else either goes black and red or white and black or a very pale pink.

I finally got around to putting up some new pics that I took in Dec during our winter storm. I now just need to be able to have sometime to take more. So much to do so little hours in a day that i'm allowed to have.
